Method #2: Use a Broken Wrist Release Position to Spare The Ten Pin:
Using your reactive resin or strike bowling ball with a flat wrist position to deaden the hook - This is when you just use the same ball as you would to roll a strike then move to the left and just alter your bowling wrist position to kill the shot. You will have an end over end roll toward the 10 pin. (PBA Hall of Famer Norm Duke does it this way).

(All methods are for right-handed bowlers reverse is true for left-handers)
