How To Use Bowling Finger Positions
Bowling Finger Position #1: The Wide Index Finger Position
The wide index finger position promotes an earlier roll with more end over end, and can have a slight roll out reaction.
This position puts the wieght of the ball on the palm of your hand nearest to the pinky. This finger position tends to give you a wider track and sometimes a better grip on the ball. Pro Bowler Amleto Monacelli uses this bowling hand position.
Again these are for right handed bowlers - reverse for left handers
